Originally from Iran, Dr. Mirarefin, or also known as Dr. Mike, brings a thoughtful, inquisitive approach to veterinary medicine. He graduated from the University of Tehran, where he developed a strong foundation in clinical practice and discovered how much he enjoys the challenge of new and complex cases. What inspires him most is the opportunity to help sick pets recover and return to the families who love them.
Dr. Mike has a particular passion for internal medicine and radiology/sonography, areas that allow him to combine problem solving with advanced diagnostic skills. His approach is careful, evidence based, and centered on understanding each patient’s unique needs.
At home, he enjoys life with his cat, Chai, who keeps him entertained and reminds him daily why he chose this profession. Outside the clinic, Dr. Mike loves hiking and playing soccer with his son, activities that keep him active and connected to the things he values most.
