Originally from the Philippines, Dr. Buhay brings a joyful curiosity and a steady dedication to her work. She earned her veterinary degree from the University of the Philippines, where she discovered how much she loves the variety and challenge of the profession. What inspires her most about veterinary medicine is that every day is different and the opportunity to help sick or injured pets continues to fuel her passion.
Dr. Buhay enjoys general medicine and appreciates being able to do a little bit of everything. Her approach is grounded in compassion, thoughtful problem solving, and a genuine desire to support both pets and the families who care for them.
At home, she stays busy with her four pets: three dogs, Poji, Snickers, and Nami - and a tortoise named Joey. Outside the clinic, Dr. Buhay loves spending time with her family, collecting vintage purses, and traveling, always seeking new experiences and inspiration.
