Originally from the Philippines, Dr. Maguigad, or Dr. Marj, brings a calm, focused presence to every case she encounters. She earned her veterinary degree from Central Luzon State University, where she discovered her passion for the fast paced world of emergency veterinary medicine. The urgency and problem solving involved in emergency care continue to inspire her and fuel her dedication to the profession.
Dr. Marj builds her treatment plans on a thoughtful, methodical foundation- patient history, physical presentation, and diagnostics guide her approach to ensuring each pet receives individualized, evidence based care.
At home, she enjoys the company of her dog, Mochi, who keeps her grounded and reminds her why she chose this path. Outside the clinic, Dr. Marj loves reading, tennis, spending time at the gym, and traveling.
