COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)
New policies for in/outpatient visits at all our Hospitals.
At Animal Care Clinic, Inc. the health, safety and well-being of our patients, staff and the community is our number one priority. As the number of COVID-19 (coronavirus) cases continues to grow, many communities and business have adopted or are considering policies to curb the virus’s spread. We, too, have adopted several measures to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.
In an effort to maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, pets, and our hospital teams, we are implementing the following procedures at all Animal Care Clinic, Inc. Hospitals (effective March 23, 2020).
For Any Patient Visit:

Upon arrival at the hospital, we ask you to please remain in their vehicle and call the hospital their appointment is scheduled for:

Horizon Ridge Animal Hospital: 702-701-7000

When on the phone, please let our staff member know your first and last name, pet’s name, cell number you can be reached at, and reason for the visit.

A member of our staff will then call back on the cell number provided to get a history on your pet and let the you know when to meet them in the lobby to retrieve your pet.

You will be asked at that point to go back to your vehicle and wait for a phone call.

The doctor will then call you to discuss treatments and/or recommendations, including an estimate.

Payments will then be made over the phone and a staff member will call to release the pet in the lobby.

We will still be accepting new client/patient visits. We ask that all previous medical history to be emailed prior to your scheduled appointment:
At this time, we will only be boarding pets out of Horizon Ridge Animal Hospital: 702-701-7000.
Other Precautions:

Please clean your carrier, leash, and collar as carefully as possible before arrival with a disinfectant.

Sanitizing agents are available in the waiting area and the exam rooms for your use when in the hospitals.

Please respect the ‘social distancing’ recommendations and maintain a distance of 6 feet from others in the waiting area and exam rooms and refrain from shaking hands.
